Allow me to introduce you to the practice of mindfulness by requesting a mindfulness guidance session.
These sessions are open to everyone who is not diagnosed with (or experiencing symptoms of) clinical mental disorders.
Our personal and professional life often presents situations which bring distress, anger, pain. But why does this happen?
Goal is to explore the root of these negative emotions and learn to alleviate them, improving general mental well-being through mindfulness.
This session could be one-to-one or one-to-many; conducted in-person, over video/audio call depending on your comfort.
During this session we will first meditate and calm our mind. Then we will do a series of mindfulness exercises. If you want to I will also listen to anything that you have to share. If we identify any personal challenges that need attention, we will also work towards developing a customized plan to address those challenges.

Be aware that these sessions are not a solution to any of your problems; rather these will help you be more mindful about your thoughts, actions and reactions. Further, mindfulness is a practice. Starting with this session we will cultivate a habit of mindful living.
Group sessions
Duration - 30 to 40 minutes
These are more generic in nature and are designed to help everyone with the most common challenges of daily life.
If you feel that you need a one-to-one session, feel free to get in touch after the group session for a more tailored experience.
One-to-one sessions
Duration - 30 to 90 minutes
In case of one-to-one session, you can also share any personal challenges that need attention and we will also work towards developing a customized plan to address those challenges.
The session is free of charge. If you benefit from the consultation or later from the practice, you may choose to make a voluntary payment of any amount for my time and efforts.
